The Role

PHSA are seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to lead our team across Australia and New Zealand to deliver best in industry Clinical Allied Health Services

The General Manager of Clinical Services is a pivotal role within PHSA to harness and extend our service delivery across a number of personal injury and disability schemes across Australia and New Zealand. This role will require high level managerial, clinical and sales skills all wrapped up into one role. Working alongside the Managing Director, this role provides independence, autonomy and innovation.

Ideally, the role will be based within our Sutherland or Warners Bay office – however we are willing to consider an alternate location for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Induction, mentoring and training of allied health professionals
  • Management of allied health professionals against key performance indicators
  • Business development and account manager with NDIS stakeholders
  • Engagement with key universities for student placements
  • Allied health student supervision
  • Talent Selection and Recruitment
  • Internal Professional Development


Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience as an Occupational Therapist within a Clinical or Workplace Rehabilitation setting
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of NDIS including quality assurance; allied health service delivery and business development
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of allied health professionals
  • Capability and confidence to develop NDIS stakeholder connections and associated allied health service delivery
  • Capability and confidence to execute induction, training, mentoring and harnessing of allied health professionals to achieve KPIs
