The Role

 

Are you currently working as an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist in a clinical setting looking for a change in role that is less hands on where you can utilise your extensive clinical background to support patients with their recovery and return to work?

 

PHSA are currently seeking senior clinicians keen for a change in role where you can utilise your extensive clinical experience and capability to support individuals with injury to recover and return to work in an assessment and holistic case management setting. That’s right, no hands on treatment – but an ability to instigate positive change with your specialist clinical knowledge. This role provides variety in work setting / industry / injury type and allows senior clinicians to really hone into the skill you have to support the best possible return to work outcomes.

 

Or perhaps you are an experienced rehabilitation consultant seeking a step up into a Senior RTW Lead role – we also want to hear from you!

 

Requirements: 

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia – workplace assessment and functional assessment SIRA number or willingness to obtain)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting
  • Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
