Prestige Health Services Australia (PHSA) has extensive experience supporting NSW Police Officers throughout NSW.

We are able to offer an array of services including:

Active Wellbeing Program – focused on supporting you to achieve your health and social goals improving your quality of life at home, in the community and when ready at work. We have assisted 280+ Police Officers with their wellness journey via our Active Wellbeing Program
Supported Return to NSW Police – whether you have a physical or psychological injury, PHSA can support you with your return to NSW Police through supported liaison with your GP, Treating Health Professionals, NSW Police and EML (or TAL)
Supported Redeployment outside of NSW Police – where a return to work at NSW Police may not be viable, PHSA can support you to develop the most appropriate pathway to new employment

PHSA can provide supported redeployment outside of NSW Police. We are a supplier of services to both EML and TAL.

We provide the following services to support you to seek and sustain alternate employment outside of NSW Police:

Vocational Exploration
- We work with you over a number of sessions to discuss your interests, skills, goals and ideas around your future career pathway
- We support you to identify job goals that you are interested in pursuing mapping out a pathway to enable you to move into your desired new career pathway
- If you are unsure of what to do / what steps to take our experience team members will support and guide you with your transition incorporating discussion with your treating health professionals to ensure whatever pathway we identify you are able to do medically

Our Team

PHSA have dedicated allied health and employment specialists with extensive experience supporting First Responders to achieve their wellness and return to work goals
PHSA only recruit experienced team members who have the life experience and technical expertise to support you with your health, social and vocational goals when ready
Our allied health professionals including Nurses; Rehabilitation Counsellors; Psychologists; Social Workers; Occupational Therapists
Our Employment Placement Specialists have direct experience in placing individuals into employment within their desired industry – many of our Employment Placement Specialists have worked for specialist recruiters and have the technical knowledge to best support you with your return to work placement
