We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant with experience in conducting Vocational Assessments.

The Role

Due to significant growth, PHSA are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to complete one-off vocational assessments across varying schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.

 

This role will involve interviewing injured workers, identifying suitable employment options, investigating the labour market, report writing and liaising with treating professionals as required.

 

No case management is required in this role so if you enjoy one-off assessments, we would love to hear from you.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with vocational assessment and/or employability assessments
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Worker’s Compensation, Comcare and/or Life Insurance
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC/RCAA or full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
